Greetings, board members, administrators, residents of Precinct 4D and web surfers who were looking for content about Paid Plasma Donation Businesses and their effects on communities.
First of all...
Here is a picture of a dog... obviously neglected.

We're getting the dog help.
Now, here is a video I started shooting when I noticed a little girl at the end of my block, totally unsupervised, without an adult in sight.
I was washing dishes when I noticed her through my kitchen window.
Thought nothing at first.
I got through a few plates... looked up... She's still there.
Got through the silverware... looked up... Still there... Still no adults in sight.
At this point it's been close to 10 minutes.
I run out to try to talk to her, and find whoever is responsible for her.
She looks like she could be underdeveloped mentally, and doesn't speak at all.
I run back in to grab the phone (and camera)...
Still with me?
Here is my point.
Foot traffic is bound to increase through our area between the proposed plasma center location and downtown.
This kid would have been a sitting duck, if a potential abductor were coming through.
Blame bad parents, but don't let the kid pay the consequences.
Boards, panels and administrators must make decisions in order to keep their community safe.
Now, about the proposed Plasma Center.
The public safety issue can not be overlooked.
Send this issue back to the priority board, so a now-informed public can voice its collective opinion.
More to come.
Thanks for reading.
