I've been out and about, spreading the word to Dayton Precinct 4D about the upcoming FROC Priority Board Meeting, and have been finding out some shocking stuff.

I can't help but feel city planners really had no grand plan for the expansion of downtown in the first place.

That's the only way to explain these plans to put a Plasma Donation Center at 850 North Main.

I've also found that a lot of top administrators and board members are not being informed about this.

I ask someone on the 6th floor whether the mayor knows about this... He shrugs, and says he's not sure.

Really?

I'm not totally familiar with how information is supposed to flow between boards and administrations, but shouldn't the top policy makers/shapers be told about this at the beginning of the application process?

I hope we can sort this out.
